Lou Fusz Buick GMC

When we were hired to remodel the Lou Fusz Buick-GMC dealership in 2009, we were tasked with transforming a building built for the automotive industry in 1967. The improvements included the addition of new structural steel framing at the showroom perimeter to create a building fascia that would be covered with ACM (aluminum composite material) panels. Portions of the parking lot were removed to install structural concrete piers, which would become the foundation for the new Buick entrance portal. The interior renovation included new ceramic tile floors, custom casework, wall accents and painting, showroom accessories, and a customer greeting center.
